tamu.rsvp is operated by Adsee (“Adsee”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the service you agree to this policy.

• Wedding & guest data you provide: event details, guest names, contact details, RSVP responses, and any photos or text you upload.
• Payment data: handled by our payment partners (DOKU and Paddle). We do not store your full card details.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as device, browser, and pages visited, collected to operate and improve the service.

2. About guest data

When you add guests or collect RSVPs, you are uploading other people’s personal data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for informing your guests where appropriate. We process this data only to provide the service to you, and act on your instructions as the account holder.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the service (create invitations, collect RSVPs, manage planning tasks).
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
• To improve and secure the service.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run tamu.rsvp — including payment partners (DOKU for IDR, Paddle.com as Merchant of Record for international USD transactions) and hosting/infrastructure providers. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Our service may be accessed from, and data processed in, countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
